What you'll do
- Welcome every person by name as they arrive.
- Watch the chat during the film and the conversation, and pull the best questions and comments for Megan.
- Share links and next steps in the chat when Megan mentions them.
- Handle hard moments with care. Mothers sometimes share heavy things, so you'll follow a simple plan for checking in and sharing support resources.
- Flag and remove anything off-topic or unkind.
You're a fit if
- You're warm, fast, and good at making strangers feel like friends.
- You've moderated a community, a group chat, a class, or a live stream.
- You stay steady when a conversation gets emotional.
Bonus points
- Experience in peer support, teaching, or community management.
