Guest Booker
The person who fills the featured-mom seat every single week.

What you'll do
- Book one featured mother or guest for every episode, at least three weeks ahead.
- Prep each guest with a short call: the topic, the run of show, and what to expect on camera.
- Collect a signed guest release before every show.
- Keep a running guest calendar and a pipeline of future guests from screening hosts, partner organizations, and viewers.
- Send a thank-you and the clip link after each episode.
You're a fit if
- You love finding people's stories and you're comfortable reaching out to strangers.
- You're organized and follow up without being reminded.
- You can match a guest to a topic and tell when someone's ready to share.
Bonus points
- Experience in event booking, podcast or TV guest booking, PR, or recruiting.
